Evie Rawlings is an illustrator, cartoonist, 3D Modeler, and storyboard artist from Lincoln Nebraska. She started out as a cartoonist for her high school newspaper and wants to continue to create fun and entertaining stories in the future. She has worked on UNL student projects like: Slaughter (2025 Film), The Proposal (2025 Film), One For Sorrow Two For Joy (2026 Film), and Squirrel Game (2026 Video Game). She specializes in modern digital techniques but is fascinated by older styles of the golden and renaissance era of film. She is curious to see how we can combine those two worlds together to create art that captures the strengths of both times.  Her interest in the golden era began as a child. She was drawn to films like Bambi, Sleeping Beauty, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Evie is determined to create media that might fascinate children of the future as those movies did for her. She’s always been interested in specializing in family entertainment as she believes that the ability to entertain both children and adults is truly something special. Great art and storytelling will reach beyond the target audience and be appreciated by people of all ages and backgrounds.
